Immortal Outdoors aims to provide a complete map and guidebook to all outdoor recreational activities within a single intuitive user interface. To achieve this we have built a platform which uses social networking gamification and crowd sourcing to attract and motivate members to help build this world changing guide to the entire natural world. The problem we are addressing is the difficulty in finding interesting outdoor activities online when you dont know exactly what you are looking for. We are also addressing the difficulties that come with collecting this huge amount of data and presenting it beautifully. Our unique solution is to allow all types of outdoor recreation to be added to our map to present them colour coded and accurately mapped to their geographical position and to provide one click access to detailed information about the mapped activity. Our opportunity here is immense. By building the worlds first complete map of outdoor recreational activities Immortal Outdoors will take a market leading position in information delivery related to recreation travel and adventure activities. We will hold the worlds attention whenever they wish to engage in any of those pursuits. Our initial target market is the tech savvy adventure crowd typically between the ages of 18 and 50. Our competitive advantage will be the unique implementation of our map and guide platform. The crowd sourcing format and the way the information is presented is unique and superior to all current competitors. The breadth of coverage while being audacious also provides a multiplication of benefits. Our go to marketing strategy initially will be to engage every outdoor recreational club and organization we can find and show the leaders of those clubs the power of our system and what it can do for them so they can share it with their members.
