The company St. Eats originates at the intersection of keeping up with the fast pace of developing Latin American societies and providing quality dining options that people are accustomed to and deserve. Our goals in the short run are to collaborate with specialty restaurants in an effort to bring select items to the public through food trucks offering people quick quality food options while opening restaurants to new markets. Our long term goal is to encourage this trend in other Latin American cities encourage healthy eating habits among the population and open our business model to a social enterprise that provides job training. The focus will be introducing the food truck trend within the year and creating a new place for restaurant competition favoring public demand. Our primary customers will be restaurants looking to branch out to other areas making contact with them through direct advertising and our website. The product we will be offering to restaurants will be assistance in establishing their own food truck and the support needed to maintain it. This package will include services that outfit the food truck to the customer s needs organize publicity acquire the necessary sanitationsafety permits identify important locations for sales offer menu consultation provide trained staff and connect to the public through social network platforms. This innovative product will be a pioneer in revolutionizing food service restaurant marketing and will meet a demand for quality meals in a quick fun package. After establishing contracts with various restaurants and entering the market in Santiago the plan is to take the model to other cities in the region. Additionally a social enterprise job training element will be incorporated into the staff training component.
